A Snag List is a comprehensive list that details any defects, irregularities or unfinished work prior to completion of contracts on a newly built property. Normally the builder or developer notifies the purchaser that the building is ready for snagging.
Our expert Building Surveyor will visit the site to carry out a thorough inspection of all accessible areas. From these observations a detailed snag list is compiled.
The snag list is issued to the client and builder to allow all remedial and rectification works detailed in the list to be completed.
